This is Charles. He was born in Paris, the oldest of three.

By day, he has a very serious job for a private radio station. Some evenings, he joins his friends in the bistros of the capital to discusses politics and philosophy and regularly attends shows and plays in the city’s nice theatres.

BUT …. As the sun sets in the privacy of his own home Charles’ other persona comes to the fore. His best friend is a Dalek and he has visited Great Britain not once, not twice, but three times this year (so far)!
